“Ricardo and his crew did an excellent job on replacing my roof. My old roof was 27 years old. I had a couple of other quotes. One was $30,000. My house is only 950 sq. ft., so I knew that was overkill. When I was quoted $12,000, I knew they were the ones that I would have done our roof. The quality was over the top. They put tarps down to cover our yard. The roofing is 40 years old at a 30-year price. They even added roof air vents for circulation. They thought they would have to replace some of the plywood, but once they removed the old shingles, they felt the plywood was in good shape.
